MOSCOW, March 13 – RIA Novosti. President of Russia Vladimir Putin opened a new sports palace at the Sambo ’70 Center located in Troparevo-Nikulino, Moscow.

Along with Putin, the opening ceremony was attended by actor and famous fan of martial arts Steven Seagal.

The new sports facility, being part of Europe’s largest sports training complex, simulates the ancient Forum Romanum. Total area of ​​the 3-storey building including the basement floor is about 14,000 square meters.

Light.Sound.Contractor supplied sound, lighting and conference equipment, hoist mechanisms (winches) and truss constructions, and carried out installation and commissioning as well.

The equipment installed at the sports palace allows to solve a wide range of artistic and production tasks, from highest level competitions to a variety of cultural events.
